Sales & Returns Policy

Our standard policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately in most cases we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

For Mugs, T-Shirts, Bags & Phone Accessories

(Printed Products) our policy lasts only 14 days, however the rest of this policy still applies with regards to returns and refunds as applicable – however the maximum permitted time frame for returning a product that falls into one of these categories will be 14 days as standard, not 30 days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days (or as stated) after delivery

You can request a return by filling out our online Returns Form.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@saveworths.co.uk.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and provided that we have suitable stock to replace the faulty product, if we do not have another of the same item in stock we will issue you with a refund through our standard process (see: Refunds). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@saveworths.co.ukand send your item to: 175 Ullswater Road, Southmead, Bristol, BS10 6ED, United Kingdom.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 175 Ullswater Road, Southmead, Bristol, BS10 6ED, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of us shipping your goods to you will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Substitution

If in the unlikely situation that some, or all of your purchased products are no longer available after placing your order on our website, we will contact you to arrange a refund of the price of the non-available products or give you the option to cancel or amend your order before we pack & dispatch the order, the reason we do this is because we do not want to make substitutions for products we cannot fulfill, because if you didn’t order the replacement product in the first place, its more than likely you won’t want it!

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Occasionally we may offer Free Shipping when you place an order on our website, which is great news! But should you need to return any of the products (for example if you change your mind within our standard returns period of 30 days), or you return the entire order, and the new order total of your order falls below the threshold of the advertised Free Shipping offer (such as a £10.00 minimum spend) we reserve the right to deduct the postage & packaging costs incurred by ourselves to send you the products in the first place from any refund you could be owed. By choosing our Free Shipping option at the checkout, you are also agreeing to this condition of our Free Shipping.

For example, if you were to place an order totaling £16.99 with Free Shipping (£0.00 cost to you) and you were to return a product from the order priced at £5.00, your ‘new order total’ would be £11.99, and therefore if the minimum threshold was £10.00, you would still be above it and therefore the full amount of £5.00 (less any adjustments) would be refunded to you, but if you returned everything you purchased, the ‘new order total’ would effectively be £0.00 (which is below the minimum threshold, and so you would be refunded a maximum of £16.99, less any adjustments and less the cost incurred by us to post you the goods when you first placed the order.

Additional Information This policy does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights, and any legal obligations will be followed at all times. This policy shall also only apply to purchases made on our website at http://www.saveworths.co.uk – any purchases made from us on Facebook, eBay, similar websites or in-person (collectively known as “alternative platforms”) may be subject to different terms, if you are unsure and would like us to clarify our returns/ refund policy for purchases made on or through any of our “alternative platforms”, please either ask in-person or contact us, as it could change from time to time.
